Terms of Service
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website The FC Bayern München Files and all related content and services (collectively, "the Service"), operated by:
Closelook Venture GmbH
Walter-Kollo-Str. 24
14513 Teltow, Germany
Email: contact@closelook.net
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Nature of the Service
The FC Bayern München Files provides editorial content about FC Bayern München, automatically processed data from the Intelligence area (table, odds, statistics) and the Predictions area (forecast markets, value signals), and related content. Content is offered in German and English.
Basic use of the Service is free of charge for visitors. No registration is required.
2.1 Not Investment Advice
Nothing published by the Service constitutes investment advice, financial advice, betting advice or any other form of professional advice. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only. No content — including odds, probabilities, analyses, or commentary — should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, derivative, betting contract, or financial instrument.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence and consult a qualified advisor where appropriate. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
2.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content. Market data, tables, odds and forward-looking statements may contain errors or become outdated. We are not liable for any losses arising from the use of or reliance on content published through the Service.
3. Future Paid Offerings (Stripe)
The Service currently does not offer any paid features. We may in the future introduce extended content (e.g. premium predictions, exclusive reports, live signals) as a paid subscription. Once such offerings are live, the following provisions will apply in addition:
3.1 Payment Processing
Payments will be processed by Stripe, Inc. Prices will be displayed in Euro or US Dollars. Subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
3.2 Withdrawal and Refunds
Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to §§ 312g, 355 BGB. The withdrawal instructions will be made available in full during the order process. Once the provision of digital content has begun with the consumer's express consent, the right of withdrawal lapses pursuant to § 356(5) BGB.
3.3 Invoices
Invoice PDFs will be generated automatically via Stripe and sent to the billing email address provided.
3.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect current billing periods. Users will be notified before the next renewal.
4. Intellectual Property
All editorial content (text, analysis, charts, graphics, audio, data compilations and proprietary methodologies) is the intellectual property of Closelook Venture GmbH or the respective rights holders, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Users may share brief excerpts (up to ~200 words) of free content for non-commercial purposes with proper attribution and a link to the original. Future paid content may not be reproduced, redistributed, forwarded or made publicly available in any form without explicit consent. Systematic downloading, scraping or bulk copying is prohibited.
4.1 AI Search Engine Access
We explicitly permit automated access by recognised AI search engines
(including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and Amazonbot)
to our publicly available content, including llms.txt and
llms-full.txt, for the purpose of indexing, citation and
accurate representation of our content in AI-generated answers. This
permission does not extend to future paid content or to systematic
reproduction of our proprietary frameworks. AI systems citing our content
should attribute it to Closelook Venture GmbH and link to the source URL.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closelook Venture GmbH, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise).
6. Availability
Closelook Venture GmbH endeavours to keep the Service available continuously but does not guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance work, technical disruptions or third-party interference may lead to temporary restrictions.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject, to the extent permitted by law, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Potsdam, Germany. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
